The course requirements described here apply to persons who commenced their candidature after 1 January, 2013 and persons who commenced their candidature prior to 1 January, 2013 who elect to proceed under 2013 resolutions.
Candidates who commenced prior to 1 January, 2013 may complete the requirements in accordance with the resolutions in force at the time of their commencement, provided that requirements are completed by 1 January, 2018, or later date as the Faculty may, in special circumstances, approve.
Candidates who first commenced in 2013, and are re-enrolling for 2014 or later, should be aware that there may have been changes in units of study offered since, Check that units are still available by clicking the unit of study link in the course table. | Requirements: | Most units of study offered by the Science Faculty shown above can be replaced by an equivalent advanced level unit; subject to prerequisite conditions (as required by the Faculty of Science) being met. Students considering doing advanced options should seek advice from their department before enrolling. Students undertaking Study Abroad in a particular year of their degree must enrol in the appropriate International Exchange Program units of study as an alternative to a semester`s standard units. All candidates are required to complete a minimum of 192 credit points and a Practical Experience period to be eligible for the award of the degree of BE(Aeronautical). Students in the Honours program must enrol in AMME4111 & AMME4112. Students in the Pass program must enrol in AMME4121 & AMME4122. BE/BSc students can enrol in PHYS2101 & PHYS2102 as acceptable alternative to AMME2200 & AMME2500. |
