2. Requirements

This combined degree involves a total of six years of study. The Engineering component is completed in the first four years. Years 5 and 6 are completed entirely in the Sydney Law School and involve no Engineering units.

During the first four years, you must:

1. Complete 144 credit points of Engineering core and recommended units of study as described in the Faculty of Engineering Resolutions.

2. Complete the 48 credit points of LAWS units shown in the tables below.

Candidates are required to achieve a minimum HWAM (Honours Weighted Average Mark) of 65% to qualify for the Engineering Honours degree. Students who satisfy all requirements for graduation except the HWAM required for honours will be awarded the PASS degree Bachelor of Engineering.
