Requirements: To qualify for the award of the Master of Professional Engineering (Accelerated) in this stream, a candidate must complete 96 credit points, including:

(a) 12 credit points of Professional Engineering units

(b) A minimum of 12 credit points of capstone or research units

(c) 72 credit points of Mechanical stream units, consisting of:

       (i) 42 credit points of Mechanical Core units,

       (ii) 18 credit points from a single specialisation, and

       (iii) 12 credit points of Mechanical Specialist Elective units

Specialisations

The completion of a Specialisation is optional and requires 18 credit points from a Specialisation area.

The available Specialisations are:
