Note:
Engineering/Commerce students undertaking a major in Accounting must complete the following in addition to the core Bachelor of Commerce units.
(1) Two compulsory senior units of study (12 credit points):ACCT2011 and ACCT2012. Completion of core junior engineering unit MATH1005 is required beforehand. MATH1005 replaces ECMT1010 as prerequisite for ECMT1020. Core Bachelor Commerce core units ACCT1001 and ACCT1002 are also prerequisites for the Accounting major and must be completed first.
(2) At least four (six-credit point) units of study or equivalent (24 credit points) selected from the senior elective units list, noting that ACCT3098 and ACCT3099 are worth three credit points each and that CLAW2201 requires the completion of additional prerequisites outside the units listed for this major.
Note:
Engineering/Commerce students undertaking a major in Business Information Systems must complete the following in addition to core degree units.
(1) Two compulsory senior units of study (12 credit points): INFS2001 and INFS2020.
(2) At least five elective units of study (30 credit points) selected from the senior elective units list, noting that the units listed above are those units which are being offered for the current year only.
Core Bachelor of Commerce unit INFS1000 is a prerequisite for this major and must be completed first.
