0ENGP1001: Professional Engagement Program 1A

Note:  All students must enrol in ENGP1001 in their first semester of enrolment.
6ENGG1800: Introduction to Engineering A

Note:  Candidates take ENGG1800 to help decide which direction to take. This unit will count as the core Project 1 unit for any engineering stream.
6Arts Units

Note:  Students are advised to take FASS1000 in their first semester of enrolment.
6MATH1061: Mathematics 1A

Note:   MATH1061 may be replaced by advanced unit MATH1961, subject to prerequisite conditions being met. Students should seek advice from their school before enrolling.

Flexible first year students starting in 2023 will take ENGF1112 in place of ENGG2112 Multi-disciplinary Engineering. This will give students space in Year 2 to catch up on their selected stream.

Students choose a stream of engineering to undertake at the end of Semester 1. In Semester 2 they then follow the program for that particular engineering stream.

Year 1 - Semester 2
