Econometrics is available as a Commerce major for combined degree students commencing in 2012 or earlier. Students majoring in Econometrics must complete:
(1) Two prerequisite junior units of study (6 credit points): BUSS1020 (or pre-2012 unit ECMT1010) plus and ECMT1020. Engineering/Commerce students are exempted from BUSS1020 once they have completed Engineering core unit MATH1005 and one other MATH unit.
(2) Two compulsory senior units of study (12 credit points): ECMT2110, ECMT3110.
(3) Four units (24 credit points) chosen from the Senior Commerce Electives.
Note:
