All candidates must complete Research units comprising either Capstone Project A & B (CIVL5020 plus CIVL5021 - 12cps), Capstone Project A & B Extended (CIVL5020 plus CIVL5022 - 18cps) or Dissertation A & B (CIVL5222 plus CIVL5223 - 24cps). To be eligible for the Extended Project option, students must have a WAM of 70 or higher. To be eligible for the Dissertation option, students must have a WAM of 75 or higher.
